As a mental hygienist, I work according to the person-centered (Rogersian) psychological trend, which is based on unconditional acceptance. My main "tools" are the reflection of your emotions and life situation, reflection on your defining patterns.

As a trainer, I supplement the process with activities based on your own experience, where you get the opportunity to look at yourself from the outside. This is also an opportunity to model your decisions and try out new directions in order to create your own self-identified and free life.

If you have not been diagnosed with a mental disorder and are not undergoing drug psychotherapy. That is, if you are mentally healthy, but you are currently in a difficult situation, or your goal is to deepen your self-awareness and personality development. You can read here in detail what topics I can support you on. The activity I perform is not considered health care.

During the occasion, we introduce ourselves to each other and clarify the basic frameworks that form the basis of our transparent cooperation. After that, you have the opportunity to say what topic you contacted me about and what you would like to ask for help with. Finally, we will discuss what opportunities are available to us during our joint work. If there is mutual sympathy, we will also agree on the technical details (meeting schedule, method, dates, payment and cancellation conditions, etc.). Of course, the meeting takes place under complete confidentiality.

Counseling are taken place in person or via online, the time of which is agreed in advance.

What is required for an online consultation?

• Stable internet connection
• User account for applications
• PC/laptop with camera and microphone
• A calm, undisturbed environment at the check-in location

During Online Counseling the only people who are present are us. During the time allotted to you, I am not available to anyone else, my phone is muted, and I listen to you without any other distractions. Please do the same so that our occasion goes smoothly. During the joint work, I am bound by complete confidentiality, which means that I treat all information shared during the conversation as confidential. My obligation of confidentiality also applies after the process has been completed.

After the first free consultation:

The online consultation – 8,000HUF /hour
Personal consultation - 8,000HUF /hour. A discount can be requested based on individual life situation and consultation.

I issue an e-invoice for each occasion, for which I need a billing address and an e-mail address that can be used for communication. Appointments are booked by paying the service fee.

Egy alkalom hossza általában 90 perc. A beszélgetés során nem csak kísérlek a belső megéléseid felfedezéseiben, hanem saját élmény alapú eszközökkel tapasztalhatod meg önmagad szabadságát és leheőségeidet az adott helyzetben.

Az alkalmak számát a közös munka megkezdésekor, illetve a folyamat során egyeztetjük. Vannak olyan élethelyzetek, amikor előre belátható az ülések száma pl.: egy döntési helyzetben, ilyenkor kb. 3-6 alkalommal találkozunk. A mentálhigiénés konzultációs folyamat időtartamát egyéni igények szerint egyeztetjük. Amennyiben mélyebb, értékrendet érintő folyamatról van szó, akkor hosszútávú kísérésről beszélhetünk, amely akár fél év is lehet.

You can decide at any time - for any reason - to end the joint work before the agreement, in which case we will also discuss this. In this case, we arrange another closing time, as it is necessary to close all started processes.
